La empresa está considerando el sumar a la actriz en el papel de Titania en su próximo film de los Mutantes. Pese a que fuentes oficiales no confirmaron la noticia, fuentes internas detallan que su nombre está en el listado de serias posibilidades.
Mientras que Marvel construye su nuevo universo de X-Men, se especula que el casting de mutantes siga creciendo.
Jeff Sneider, del programa The Hot Mic Podcast sostuvo que Margaret Qualley, del film La Sustancia es parte del grupo de estrellas jóvenes en ascenso con las que el estudio quiere trabajar. Añadió además que Qualley firmó con Disney para un proyecto de 20th Century Studios (propietario del ratoncito) y está en el radar de Marvel para ser Rogue. Aún así, manifestó que “X-Men no avanzará sino hasta el próximo año”.
De momento, no hay director confirmado para este reboot de los Mutantes. En esta danza de nombres se encuentran Harris Dickinson y Jack Champion como Cíclope, Sadie Sink en el rol de Jean Grey, Ayo Edebiri y DeWanda Wise podrían ser Tormenta, Hunter Schafer en el rol de Mística y Julia Butters en el de Kitty Pryde.
Otro rumor indica que Denzel Washington podría interpretar a Magneto. “La semana pasada nos llegó de muy buena fuente que Washington puede ser un próximo villano”. Un último trascendido indica que X-Men de Marvel Studios se estrenaría meses después de Avengers: Secret Wars.
